We have a split level house that has carpeted stairs leading to both levels of the house. They were absolutely filthy considering we have two dogs and multiple kids and it was embarrassing to have people over since the stairs were so dirty … More and splotchy. Imperial came in and made them look brand basically brand new. I will absolutely go with them again! Plus, they charged me less than half what Stanley Steamer was going to charge me.
